I had a country property I needed to sell. The property had many issues. Tony prioritized the issues. I was overwhelmed with the extent of the issues. Tony's leadership helped me decide what issues needed immediate attention and what issues needed to be put on the back burner.

Tony's advice to have well, septic, house, and pest inspection completed prior to placing the property on the market served the sale very well. As a result, every potential buyer had a complete understanding of the condition of the property.

Tony referred a gardener to address the hugely overgrown trees and bushes, and perform a general cleanup of the property. Tony referred house cleaners that made the three houses sparkle. Under Tony's guidance, the property went from one that showed poorly to one that was inviting and attractive.
